- You agree that all uploads have to be manually approved by the admin before being viewable by site members. Depending on your distance from the admin's time zone (Los Angeles), it could take up to 15 hours for approval. Videos are automatically set as public for members. If you choose private or unlisted, the admin will leave that set if approving the video. Any uploads which aren't videos or are inappropriate will be deleted.
- Video uploads cannot contain hate speech, male erections, condoms, profanity, sexual imagery or language, sex toys, "rear" plugs, violence, abuse, illegal drugs, guns, explosives, or links to sexual websites like OF. This list will be added to over time.
- The majority of video uploads should be self-shot or from a nudist/naturist organization/club/resort/group you belong to. Most classic nudist videos from the 1980s and before should be okay to upload with information in the video description about who produced it and where unless there is an explicit copyright warning in the beginning against distribution. Please, search the site first to make sure a particular title has not already been uploaded.
- Users who provide links anywhere on NudeTube to sexual or highly erotic websites like OF will be suspended or permanently banned.
- Video uploads are monitored for egregious use of copyrighted music. You cannot just attach modern and popular songs to play in the background of your videos. You must have permission from the artist or record label for song use. If you are a musician or composer, you are welcome to use your own music. There are some websites which provide royalty-free music which may be released under the Creative Commons license. You can also find a few new services which create usable music from scratch using AI. If NudeTube receives a DMCA take-down notice, it is likely we will message you and your video will be deleted.
- Pretending to be another nudist, including well-known ones, is prohibited.
- The use of imagery from "dirty" films, OF models, and similar for channel avatars or banners is not allowed. If you are a model, you can use your own pictures.
- Video comments must be family friendly. Comments which attempt to describe nudists in the attached video in an erotic fashion will be deleted.
- Channels started by legitimate nudist families are allowed to upload home life, trip, resort, camp, or similar videos which include all family members nude.
- Known proponents or evangelists of nudism/naturism are allowed to promote their subscriber accounts on other sites like Patreon or Reddit but not sites like OF.
- Accounts which receive a permanent ban for violating the Terms of Service will have their paid subscription canceled. But any previous payments will not be refunded.
- Premium members who wish to either downgrade to standard (your videos get deleted) or plan on leaving the site need to use the Contact page to let the admin know so their subscription can be canceled.
- Usernames cannot contain references to sexual topics, hard drugs, or hateful words. Profiles with this type of language will be deleted by the admin.
